I forgot my user name/password.

Go to the login page and click the “forgot password” link to reset your password. Your user name is usually your email address. If you forgot your user name, please contact us for assistance.

How do I access recordings?

You must be logged in to the site to view and purchase retreat recordings, or download recordings and class materials for New Rain Online. Once you log in, New Rain Online materials will appear under the Online Program menu, and retreat recordings will appear under the Retreats menu.

How do I change my billing information, or cancel?

After logging into the site, hover over the logout link and you’ll see a menu item for My Account. You can handle billing and subscription changes by scrolling down to the Subscriptions section. Please email support@newrain.info if you need any assistance.
